How to view and select a product?

How to place an order?
Use the button “Add article to basket”, and follow the steps on your screen. You can easily change your order at any time.
After you have finisched shopping and prior to placing an order need to create an account.
The system will guide you trough all of the necessary steps needed to create your account.
If you are already a Mo-tique cutomer all you need to do is to enter your e-mail address and password and follow the steps on your screen.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will be processed after receiving your secured payment.
How to pay?
You will be transferred to our payment provider (Triple deal) for secured payment completion.
You can pay with the following services:
- IDEAL: You transfer the money directly through secured internet banking systems from ABN/AMRO, Rabobank, Postbank and ING.
- Mr Cash: You transfer the money directly through secured internet banking systems.
- Bank transfer: This will take a few days to process the payment.
- Mastercard: (Minimum order $15.00 / € 15.00)
- Visa: (Minimum order $15.00/ € 15.00)
- Paypal. You will be transferred to the Paypal site.
After receiving your payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

How and where will my order delivered?
Because most products, offered on our are Internet site, are service sensitive. Therefore you only can pick up your order at a Mo-tique dealership. These have been confessed with the products and can, if necessary and wished, give you in an excellent manner further recommendations.
To compliment your order you have to appoint a Mo-tique dealer.
Most Products offered n our website are in stock by our suppliers en will be send within 2-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have sent the products to your dealer.
You also can follow the status of your order on our site. You need to pick up your order within 15 days at your appointed dealer.
In case a product will be out of stock we will inform you immediately about an expected delivery date, where after you are free to make a choice to an other product or cancel the order.
Will it be possible to send my order to another address?
